Our Post Lockdown Commitment to You- Phoenix Brighton
We’re delighted to be re-opening on 12th April and can’t wait to welcome our customers back through our doors. We understand that for many people the idea of venturing back out into salons and spas after lockdown is a scary concept, so we’d like to put your mind at ease.
Here at Phoenix the happiness and safety of our clients is always our top priority, and we’ve always been renowned for our excellent standards. But this meticulous attention to health and safety has never been more important than it is in these strange times, so we’ve gone to extra measures to keep our spa Covid safe.
Here are just some of the things you might want to know about what we’re doing to protect you:
- We ensure that all our equipment and facilities are kept scrupulously clean, thoroughly disinfecting all workstations after each treatment.
- Our staff all follow hand washing guidelines as set out by the UK Government and the World Health Organisation.
- Our reception area is disinfected after each face to face customer transaction.
- All door handles and workday surfaces are cleaned regularly throughout the day.
- We insist that all staff stick to government guidelines when outside the workplace, and regularly check that they haven’t come into contact with Covid-19.
- We ask that, where possible, customers pay for treatments using contactless transactions.
- We ask all customers if they have any symptoms of Covid-19.
- If any customers do have symptoms, we rebook the appointment.
- We have hand sanitizers in the reception area and throughout the spa, and we ask that all customers sanitise their hands on arrival.
- We have managed our bookings to ensure that there is enough time between each client to allow us to thoroughly clean and sanitise the
area.
