A place to breathe
Phoenix was born from a simple wish - to create a space where you can truly let go. Somewhere warm, considered, and completely free from compromise.
We opened in Brighton in 2017 with one quiet commitment: every product we use would be 100% vegan and cruelty-free. Not as a label, not as a trend - because it felt like the only way to do this with integrity. Nine years on, that has never changed.
We also plant one tree for every treatment performed. Because looking after yourself and looking after the planet are not separate things - they are the same intention.
Over the years, we have been humbled by the community that has grown around us. Named Best Day Spa in Brighton in 2024 and 2025, we are grateful to every client who has trusted us with their time and their wellbeing.
In April 2026, we open our second home in Hove. A new space, the same heart - and the same belief that everyone deserves to feel genuinely cared for.
