Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 100% of the treatment value.
Appointments rescheduled within 24 hours of the original booking time will be charged 50% of the treatment value.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment value.
We understand that emergencies happen - please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend.

Appointments can be booked online via our Forest booking system, by phone on 01273 435298, or in person at the spa.
A deposit may be required to secure certain appointments, particularly for packages and longer treatments.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment to allow time to complete any required consultation forms.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to avoid disruption to other clients.
Bookings for clients under 16 require parental or guardian consent.

Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities at the time of booking.
Some treatments may not be suitable during pregnancy - please advise us when booking and we will recommend the most appropriate treatment.
We reserve the right to decline or adapt a treatment if we feel it is not appropriate for your health or wellbeing.
Patch tests may be required for certain treatments - please enquire at the time of booking.

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
Physical vouchers must be presented at the time of treatment. E-vouchers must be shown on a mobile device or printed.
Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

We ask all clients to switch mobile phones to silent during their visit out of consideration for other guests.

We are an inclusive space welcoming clients of all genders, ages, and backgrounds.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, and cash.
Prices are subject to change - the price confirmed at the time of booking will be honoured.
Gratuities are entirely at your discretion and are appreciated by our therapists.
