Bespoke Facial
Your appointment begins with a thorough skin consultation, followed by cleansing and exfoliation. Your therapist analyses your skin under a light and selects products specifically suited to your needs - a combination of oils, serums, masks, and specialist techniques. Every treatment includes SPF protection and a scalp massage. 60 and 75-minute appointments also include a face, neck and shoulder massage, or a hand and foot massage if preferred.
Extraction Facial
Ideal for oily, congested, or breakout-prone skin. Your skin is deeply cleansed and exfoliated under steam, followed by a guided extraction process. A clarifying mask is applied to purify further, then a scalp massage, cooling toner to close pores, and serums and moisturiser to finish. The 60-minute version includes a neck and shoulder massage.
Pregnancy Facial
Available from 12 weeks of pregnancy. Your appointment begins with a thorough skin consultation, followed by a gentle cleanse and mild exfoliation. Your therapist analyses your skin under a light and selects products specifically suited to your needs - using only pregnancy-safe formulations free from contraindicated essential oils and harsh actives. Every treatment includes SPF protection and a scalp massage. A nurturing, unhurried treatment designed to support your skin through the changes pregnancy brings.
Diamond Dermabrasion
A non-surgical skin refinishing treatment using sterile diamond heads to gently exfoliate and remove the top layer of dead skin. Dead skin cells and debris are vacuumed away to reveal a fresher, more refined complexion. Helps diminish blemishes, fine lines, and uneven pigmentation while stimulating healthy skin cell activity. Avoid retinol or acne-based medications 5-7 days before treatment.
Hydro Dermabrasion
An advanced six-step treatment that simultaneously detoxifies, exfoliates, cleanses, and hydrates using HydroFacial super serums. Step one gently resurfaces to reveal fresh skin. Step two painlessly extracts debris from pores while infusing intense hydration. Step three protects and enhances with antioxidants and peptides. Delivers instant, visible results in a single session. Avoid retinol or acne medications 5-7 days beforehand.
Radiance Facial
A brightening treatment that deeply cleanses, exfoliates to boost circulation, and applies a hydrating hyaluronic acid mask to leave skin plump and glowing. Antioxidant-rich serums boost collagen and reduce fine lines and dark spots. Vitamin C brightens and evens skin tone. Tea tree oil controls blemishes. Finishes with a moisturiser that locks in hydration and strengthens the skin barrier. Leaves you with clearer, smoother, more radiant skin.

Ayurvedic Facial
Drawing on the ancient science of Ayurveda, this facial uses marma point activation — precise touch on the body's vital energy points — combined with warm botanical oils and ingredients selected for your dosha. What is the difference between Diamond Dermabrasion and Hydro Dermabrasion?
Diamond Dermabrasion uses sterile diamond heads to exfoliate the skin's surface while dead skin cells and debris are vacuumed away. Hydro Dermabrasion combines exfoliation and cleansing with extraction and hydrating serums in a multi-step facial. Do you offer pregnancy facials in Brighton and Hove?
Yes. Phoenix Eco Spa offers a dedicated Pregnancy Facial from 12 weeks of pregnancy. The treatment includes a skin consultation, gentle cleansing and mild exfoliation, with products selected specifically for your skin and pregnancy. Please tell us you're pregnant when booking so we can make sure your chosen treatment is appropriate.
Do you offer couples facials in Brighton?
Yes. Our Brighton spa offers Couples Bespoke Facials and Couples Extraction Facials, allowing two people to enjoy their facial treatments side by side in our dedicated duo treatment room. Different treatment durations are available depending on the facial you choose.
Are your facials vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes. All facial treatments at Phoenix Eco Spa use exclusively vegan and cruelty-free products. This applies to our treatments at both our Brighton and Hove spas.
Can I have a facial if I have sensitive skin or allergies?
Please tell us about allergies, skin sensitivities or relevant skin conditions when booking and again during your consultation. This allows your therapist to assess whether the chosen facial and products are appropriate for you or whether the treatment should be adapted. Some treatments may require additional precautions or may not be suitable for certain skin conditions.
Should I stop using retinol before Diamond Dermabrasion or Hydro Dermabrasion?
Our current treatment guidance advises avoiding retinol and acne-based medications for 5–7 days before Diamond Dermabrasion, and avoiding retinol or acne medications for 5–7 days before Hydro Dermabrasion. If you're using prescription medication or you're uncertain whether your skincare is compatible with a treatment, contact us before your appointment and follow the advice of the healthcare professional who prescribed your medication.
How long do facial treatments take at Phoenix Eco Spa?
Facial treatment times vary. For example, our Bespoke Facial is available in 30, 45, 60 and 75-minute appointments, while other treatments have their own durations. Check the individual facial listing for the current treatment time and price before booking.
Are Phoenix Eco Spa facial therapists qualified?
Yes. Phoenix Eco Spa's therapists are professionally trained to NVQ Level 3. Our therapists provide facial, beauty and wellbeing treatments across our Brighton and Hove spas, with individual team members specialising in different treatments.
